You have the opportunity to sponsor an item or a heritage building in our artifact collection. This is a fun way to learn about items in the collection and a chance to safely handle them.

Sponsorship levels

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring an object in our collection. Please note that items remain the property of Muskoka Heritage Place and cannot leave the site. Contact our Collections Coordinator to adopt an artifact.

As a bronze sponsor, you get:

A certificate of adoption, which includes the history and photograph of the artifact
Your name on our website and in the Muskoka Museum register
$10.00 tax receipt

As a silver sponsor, you get:

A certificate of adoption, which includes the history and photograph of the artifact
Your name on our website and in the Muskoka Museum register
A full site pass for one person
$30.00 tax receipt

As a gold sponsor, you get:

A certificate of adoption, which includes the history and photograph of the artifact
Your name on our website and in the Muskoka Museum register
A free visit with the artifact (two people, by appointment only)
A full site pass for one person
$30.00 tax receipt

As a platinum sponsor, you get:

A certificate of adoption, which includes the history and photograph of the artifact
Your name on our website and in the Muskoka Museum register
A free visit with the artifact (two people, by appointment only)
A full site pass for one person
Item sponsor: Exclusive adoption – you are the only one who can adopt the artifact
Cabin and train sponsor: Booklet with the history of the item as known at Muskoka Heritage Place

As a diamond sponsor, you get:
